When designing training programs companies can easily misallocate budget on the wrong staff or training programs. As such, The Language Key has developed a consulting service that helps you to better understand the specific needs of your staff.

The principle of this service is that each job function (department and seniority) may have a slightly different language requirement. Some departments require better English than others. Some have more teleconferences whilst others give more presentations.

We can develop a language matrix for each department that clearly states the language ability rang for each job function in the department. This looks at the minimum English proficiency to move into that position and the maximum proficiency at which English training is no longer required to fully meet the requirements of the position.

By creating such a system you can see clearly where the greatest language training needs are within your company and so allocate resources accordingly. This will maximize the value of your investment.
